Location & Neighbourhood

Highland Creek is a small Scarborough neighbourhood where nature is put at a premium. Highland Commons Condos is located next to the ravine for which the community is named.

As this is a protected waterway, much of this neighbourhood has remained undeveloped. This provides this condominium with privacy and quick access to area parks. These include Colonel Danforth Park.

Highland Creek’s most important landmark is the University of Toronto — Scarborough Campus (UTSC). It is located just 12 minutes away from the condo by foot. This means this development would serve as an ideal off-campus residence.
