Condo Project Summary
This new pre-construction condo project is the 2nd last phase of two high-rise residential towers that are part of one of the largest master-planned community called “Concord CityPlace”, one will stand at 40 storeys on the western portion and a 44 storey structure on the eastern front. Both buildings will house 871 units in total. The expected occupancy date for The Lakeshore Condos is scheduled for Summer 2020.

This multi-use development will be docked by the old Loblaw heritage building at the corner of Bathurst Street and Lakeshore Boulevard West. A sum of 605 parking spots are also proposed which 264 are allocated for the residents, 26 are for visitor use and 308 are for retail & grocery, the last 7 are for car sharing ports, in addition, there will be 983 bicycle lockers proposed in which 724 are for residential usage.

The kitchen will have a composite quartz countertop, Carrara marble backsplash, designer cabinetry with open display shelving, under-cabinet lighting, premium soft-close hardware, waste recycling bin and sliding basket under sink, undermount stainless steel sink, premium polished chrome faucet with pullout spray, a premium Bosch appliance package.
The bathroom(s) will entail, honed carrara marble floor tiles, polished carrara marble wall tiles, composite quartz countertop, undermount sink, designer cabinetry, premium soft-close hardware, custom designed medicine cabinet with a full length mirror, shelves and built-in lighting, premium polished chrome faucet and a premium dual-flush toilet.
