Six Points Plaza Condo Project Summary
A new high-rise mixed-use condominium will mark the first phase of the Six Points Plaza master-planned community.
Six Points Plaza Phase 1 Condos is Block 3 of the 4 block community which will consist of a mixed-use high-rise condominium by Liberty Development Corporation located at 5230 Dundas Street W in Etobicoke. This 36-storey pre-construction condo will bring 545 residential units to the intersection of Kipling Avenue and Bloor Street W.

Condo-dwellers will find residential parking on three levels of underground parking for a total of 231 parking spaces. An additional 39 parking spaces will be available for visitors and shared spaces. To promote active multi-modal transportation in the community, 422 bicycle parking spaces will be dedicated for both long-term and short-term parking.

Located in the Six Points & Islington City Centre neighbourhoods of Etobicoke, Six Points Plaza Phase 1 will be a welcome addition to the growing community with the number of upcoming developments in the revitalizing area.
