A new high-rise mixed-use condominium will mark the first phase of the Six Points Plaza master-planned community.

Six Points Plaza Phase 1 Condos is Block 3 of the 4 block community which will consist of a mixed-use high-rise condominium by Liberty Development Corporation located at 5230 Dundas Street W in Etobicoke. This 36-storey pre-construction condo will bring 545 residential units to the intersection of Kipling Avenue and Bloor Street W.

Investors can expect the units to be offered in a range of studios to 3-bedroom layouts. In addition, there will be a total of 270 vehicle parking spaces and 422 bicycle parking spaces available.

Amenities

Six Points Plaza Phase 1 will be a mixed-use development that will highlight both residential and retail spaces. The 36-storey residential condo will be attached to a 6-8-storey mixed-use podium that will have rounded column designs to help distinguish the base building. The offered balconies along the edges of the building will have a rounded look as well in order to create a wholesome design.

The base podium will have close to 1,950 square feet of retail space on the ground floor, fronting Bloor Street W. Future residents will have a separate residential entrance that will lead to a total of 545 residential units.

• 173 one-bedroom + den units

• 84 two-bedroom units
• 55 three-bedroom units

Future residents will have access to over 1,900 square feet of indoor amenities on the condo’s 1st, 2nd, and 7th floors and over 1,200 square feet of outdoor amenities. The outdoor amenities will include green roofs and active rooftop terraces on the 2nd and 7th floors.

Condo-dwellers will find residential parking on three levels of underground parking for a total of 231 parking spaces. An additional 39 parking spaces will be available for visitors and shared spaces. To promote active multi-modal transportation in the community, 422 bicycle parking spaces will be dedicated for both long-term and short-term parking.

Located in the Six Points & Islington City Centre neighbourhoods of Etobicoke, Six Points Plaza Phase 1 will be a welcome addition to the growing community with the number of upcoming developments in the revitalizing area.
