Metro Park II Condo Project Summary
The second residential tower at Metro Park Condos is now set to launch.
Metro Park II is a new mid-rise condominium by DBS Developments in North York. This project will include a 12-storey condo and two blocks of 3-storey townhouses located at 25 St Dennis Dr, just south of Don Mills Rd and Eglinton Ave E, in the Flemingdon Park neighbourhood.
Investors can expect the residential condo to offer 117 units in an assortment of one- to three-bedroom layouts and 32 townhouse units suitable for individuals and families.

Residential parking will be underground, with 62 spaces, and an extra 17 spaces for visitors will be made available at the surface level.
To promote active transportation, 145 bicycle parking spaces will be available, consisting of 124 long-term and 21 short-term use spots.

Along the Don Valley Parkway and surrounded by the greenery of Ernest Thompson Seton Park, the East Don Trail, and the Flemingdon Golf Club, there will be ample incredible views all year round.
Future residents can easily connect to anywhere in the city, as TTC’s Eglinton Station will only be one LRT away with the coming Eglinton Crosstown line. Most daily errands can be completed on foot or by bike around the neighbourhood.
