Amenities
Building A will be located on the east side of the development. Standing 29-storeys tall, it will incorporate a ‘U’-shaped 6- to 8-storey podium with frontages on Dufferin Street to the east. Building A will consist of 219 one-bedrooms, 129 two-bedrooms, and 40 three-bedrooms, for a total of 388 units.
There will be a charming 12,368 square foot retail space at grade. This versatile space will bring daily essentials to residents’ doorsteps. The ground floor will also feature an indoor amenity space at the southwest corner of 3400 Dufferin Street Condos, two secure long-term bicycle parking areas and a welcoming lobby.
What’s more, the seventh floor will have an additional 3,089-square-foot indoor amenity space connected to a 5,813-square-foot outdoor amenity space atop the 6-storey podium. The eighth floor will have a 2,443-square-foot indoor amenity area that is linked to a 2,486-square-foot outdoor amenity terrace. Plus, most units will have individual private balconies.
Building B will be an identical 29-storey building located on the west side of the development. It will have a unit mix of 224 one-bedroom units, 109 two-bedrooms, and 38 three-bedrooms, for a total of 371 units. Units facing north will have beautiful views overlooking the new public park. As a bonus, most units will have spacious private balconies where residents can kick back and relax while enjoying the fresh air.
A grand centralized lobby will greet residents and guests alike. The ground floor will also have a 958-square-foot indoor amenity space and long-term resident bicycle parking. In addition, the seventh floor will have an indoor amenity space of 2,981 square feet, directly connecting to a 6,286-square-foot outdoor amenity space. The north part of the eighth floor will also includes an indoor amenity space totaling 2,443 square feet that also connects to an outdoor amenity space of 2,411 square feet that sits atop indoor amenity space on the seventh floor.
Building C will be located in the southeast corner of the development and stand 9-storeys tall. Building C’s unit mix will include 47 one-bedrooms, 20 two-bedrooms, and 8 three-bedrooms, for a total of 75 units.
On the ground floor, Building C will contain a 3,100 square foot retail space that fronts onto Dufferin Street as well as an elegant lobby space. Long-term bicycle parking will also be located on the north portion of the ground level.
A 721-square-foot indoor amenity space will be located on the fourth floor, and more indoor amenity space will be found on the fifth and sixth floors. An additional 2,454 square foot outdoor space will be on the seventh floor. It will be adjacent to a 1,367-square-foot indoor amenity area. In total, residents will have access to 4,112 square feet of top-of-the-line amenity space. There will also be a handy centralized locker storage space.
In regards to parking, each building will have two levels of underground parking. Building A will have 170 parking spaces, comprising 131 resident parking spaces and 39 visitor parking spaces; Building B will provide 164 parking spaces divided into 127 resident parking spaces and 37 visitor parking spaces, and Building C will contain 43 parking spaces, including 42 resident parking spaces and 1 visitor parking space.
