1050 Markham Road will develop a 15-storey residential condo and a 37-storey mixed-use condo located south of Ellesmere Road in the Woburn neighbourhood. Investors can expect a total of 635 units in a mix of 1 to 3 bedroom layouts, 208 vehicle parking spaces, and 498 bicycle parking spaces.

The 37-storey mixed-use condo will have two lobbies connecting to four elevators, proposed to frontage Brimorton Drive and the vehicular driveway on the west side. Over 1,000 square feet of retail space will be available with a separate retail entrance on the northwest corner of the Markham Road and Brimorton Drive intersection.
However, as the development application progresses, this area may be considered as additional amenity space instead.
The residential space of this condo will comprise of 438 residential units in a mix of the following layouts:
- 207 one-bedroom units
- 97 one-bedroom + den units
- 89 two-bedroom units
- 45 three-bedroom units
The 15-storey residential condo will comprise a total of 197 units with the following mix of layouts:
- 94 one-bedroom units
- 52 one-bedroom + den units
- 32 two-bedroom units
- 19 three-bedroom units
Indoor amenities will be available in each condo, with over 8,000 square feet in the 37-storey tower connecting directly to the outdoor amenities on the north side of the building on the ground and 2nd floors, and close to 5,450 square feet in the 15-storey condo. Future residents will have shared outdoor amenities on the 2-storey of each condo and at grade level, including access to an outdoor fitness area, children’s play areas, and a pet relief and wash area.
Residential, visitor, and bicycle parking spaces will be available via the underground parking levels of each condominium. The 15-storey condo will have two levels of underground parking, each with 92 residential and 11 visitor vehicle parking spaces and 147 long-term and 20 short-term bicycle parking spaces.
The 37-storey condo will have three levels of underground parking, with 82 residential and 23 visitor parking spaces and 299 long-term and 32 short-term bicycle parking spaces.
Location & Neighbourhood
1050 Markham Rd will be located in the Woburn neighbourhood, part of the Markham-Ellesmere Revitalization Area. This established location has a fantastic walk score of 80, meaning most errands, such as pharmacies, banks, and grocery stores for everyday necessities, can be accomplished on foot.
The Markham and Ellesmere area is lined with dining options, where future residents can find culturally diverse food options that are just a 10-minute walk away.
