1995 Dundas Street East Condo Project Summary
Mississauga is planning to promote Dundas Street E in response to the coming Dundas BRT by developing a new high-rise condominium project.
1995 Dundas Street East Condos is a high-rise pre-construction condominium located between Dixie Road and Highway 427 in Mississauga. The high-rise will consist of two towers, 24 and 25-storeys respectively, for a mixed use of residential and commercial retail spaces.
Investors can expect 908 residential units of various sizes that include 14 townhouse units, over 10,000 square feet of commercial space, and 662 vehicle spaces.
Amenities
The proposed high-rise condominium will connect two 24 and 25-storey towers via a multi-storey podium that will provide 10,000 square feet for commercial use and over 70,500 square feet of residential space.
The residential space will comprise a total of 908 units with a wide range of layouts, including:
- One-Bedroom – 319 units
- Two-Bedroom – 522 units
- Three-Bedroom – 53 units
- Townhouses – 14 units
The amenities will cover 19,600 square feet of indoor facility spaces and 64,000 square feet of outdoor space, including terraces accessible on the 5th, 11th, and 17th floors. The development’s semi-slab structures will give it a clean facade that will contrast to these green outdoor terrace rooftops.
Parking will be made available for condo-dwellers above grade in a 4-storey podium, visitor parking at ground level, and additional underground parking for 662 vehicle spots. Bicycle parking spots are TBD.
Location & Neighbourhood
The City of Mississauga has partnered with Metrolinx to plan for a Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) line along Dundas Street East as part of their Connecting the Greater Golden Horseshoe Plan. The Dundas BRT is expected to have dedicated bus lanes connecting riders from Hamilton to Kipling Station for faster, more reliable transit connections.
With Mississauga’s regional transit bus, MiWay, already running along Dundas St E, future residents can expect frequent transit services to get where they need to go. Investors can take advantage of the proposed developments along Dundas St. E in response to the upcoming Dundas BRT.
1995 Dundas St E Condos will be a 6-minute drive from the Dixie GO Station and 3 minutes away from Highway 427. The location will allow for an easy commute to the many schools in the Peel District School Board region nearby, and Humber College and the University of Toronto Mississauga campus are only 20-25 minutes away.
Other convenient points of interest near the condo:
- Colonel Samuel Smith Park (15 min drive)
- Prince of Wales Park (15 min drive)
- Markland Wood Golf Club (8 min drive)
- Toronto Pearson Airport (15 min drive)
Future residents can also easily reach neighbouring shopping centres, such as CF Sherway Gardens within 7 minutes and Cloverdale Mall within 4 minutes. Whether residents prefer larger shopping centres with over 200 stores and services or a 1-storey vibrant community shopping centre, there can be something for everyone.
