The lower floors of both towers will be clad in glass and metal for a sleek and polished look along Denarda Street.
Towers A and B will also have short-term bike storage areas. Both towers will be outlined with a roundabout pedestrian clearway, benches, and a row of trees, along with a dropped curb for accessibility.
