A new high-rise condo project will enter the Kitchener’s Fairview-Centreville area across from CF Fairview Park shopping centre.
2980 King Street East Condos is set to be located at Fairway Rd N and King St E in Kitchener. This development will have 32-storey and 12-storey towers on top of a 6-storey podium with retail spaces and 436 residential units.

2980 King Street East Condos will consist of two residential towers set upon a 6-storey street-oriented podium. The podium will highlight over 7,000 square feet of commercial space at grade, offering easy access to the shops and increasing pedestrian traffic.
There are expected to be 436 residential units, ranging in size from one to three bedrooms. All will include private balconies, appealing to both individuals and families.
Future residents will have access to a spacious 14,790 square feet of outdoor space on top of the podium and shared access to common indoor amenities on the 1st and 6th floors.
Indoor parking will be available partially underground and on 5 levels of parking in the podium, accommodating 339 vehicle parking spaces. Outdoor parking will be dedicated to 286 bicycle parking spaces.
