The 28-acre site is located northwest of Neyagawa Blvd and Burnhamthorpe Rd W, immediately south of Hwy 407. Nearly 1,000 new homes are proposed for this development, including several townhome blocks and two mixed-use towers standing 15 storeys high.

This project is part of a rapidly developing stretch of Oakville, which will soon see additional homes, shops, and businesses along Neyagawa Blvd and Burnhamthorpe Rd.

505 Burnhamthorpe Rd W Towns and Condos aims to establish itself as the gateway into the future Neyagawa Urban Core. Roughly 28 empty acres by the highway will be transformed into a residential community with attractive streetscape and commercial space.

The development plans also allocate zones for the future 407 Transitway at the north end of the site and a stormwater management pond at the southwest.

982 new homes and 1,248 parking spaces (including private garages, underground lots, and street parking options) are proposed.

The site will feature two 15-storey mixed-use buildings at the southeast corner, while the rest of the project lands will feature several blocks of 3- to 4-storey townhouses.
