A new high-rise condo project is preparing to enhance the Fallsview skyline in Niagara Falls.

6546 Fallsview Boulevard Condos is a two-tower, mixed-use hotel and residential project located at the intersection of Fallsview Blvd and Portage Road. The two 58-storey towers will sit upon a uniquely designed 6-storey podium connected by a central atrium.

Investors can expect 126 luxury dwelling units on the uppermost 7-storeys of each tower, overlooking unobstructed views of the Niagara Falls waterfalls and the Niagara Escarpment.

Amenities

6546 Fallsview Blvd Condos will have two diagonally offset, 58-storey towers, each set upon a 6-storey podium connected by a central glass atrium. This diagonal placement will ensure that each tower will have unobstructed views of the falls.

The towers’ slender, contemporary design will stand to be a unique complement among the other post-modern towers along the skyline.

This luxury high-rise will be a mixed-use hotel, residence, commercial & convention centre totalling 1,266 units.

Out of the total units, only 126 dwellings will be available between the 51st and 58th floors in a mix of the following:

• 42 one-bedroom units
• 56 one-bedroom + den units
• 14 two-bedroom units
• 14 three-bedroom units

The connecting podium will serve as the main lobby entrance from Fallsview Blvd. It will be a point of access to each tower’s residential lobbies while also having a pedestrian bridge between the two towers on the 5th level.

The podium will also have multi-purpose facilities of various sizes, office spaces, restaurants, gaming facilities, banquet & meeting facilities, and Club Lounge overlooking the Falls.

The central glass atrium is designed to split the north and south portions of the podium up to the 3rd level, and this will be the highlight of the 6546 Fallsview Blvd Condos design with its dramatic angled glass facade sloping outwards towards the adjacent streets.

Future residents will have shared access to a spa, fitness centre, and pool on the 6th level of the podium. The podium will also include outdoor amenities, including rooftop gardens and lookout terraces facing the Falls. Each tower will also have its own rooftop bars.

A total of 273 parking spaces will be available on the two basement levels of the podium, 93 of which will be dedicated to future residents. An additional 1,330 parking spaces will be made available via a 7-storey retail and parking garage.

6546 Fallsview Blvd Condos plans to expand the public realm along adjacent streets, Fallsview Blvd and Portage Rd, by widening sidewalks, planting trees, adding a plaza, and having at-grade uses that engage the public. This expansion will allow pedestrians to move between buildings without traffic interference.

6546 Fallsview Blvd Condo’s main aim is to expand on the tourism and accommodation offerings of the Falls View district, known as the heart of Niagara Falls. Located right on Fallsview Blvd, notorious for its ultimate ‘rest hard and play harder’ district of Niagara Falls, the condo project will be within walking distance from numerous restaurants, retail stores, and unique tourist attractions, not to mention the famous picturesque Horseshoe Falls of Canada that will only be a 10-minute walk away.
