9651 Yonge Street Condos is on an arterial road, in the heart of the diverse and family-friendly city. Yonge St is serviced by dedicated VIVA bus lanes for rapid transit, plus a handful of YRT bus routes. Richmond Hill GO Station is a 6-min drive away, offering easy commutes to downtown Toronto.
The future Yonge North Subway extension to Hwy 7, just 10 mins south, will bring more traffic to Richmond Hill, especially along Yonge St. The city has plenty of undeveloped space along Yonge, so this prime location will continue to increase in value as it remains in the busiest corridor of Richmond Hill.
