Four new modern condo towers are coming to enliven this growing Burlington intersection.

Brant and Ghent Condos is a new mixed-use modern condominium development by Molinaro Group in Burlington. This pre-construction project with 840 luxurious units is located at 774 Brant St. It will include two 25-storeys, an 18-storey and an 8-storey building.

This project will be moments from higher-order transit, including the Burlington GO, and will sit just blocks from the city’s core at at the corner of Brant St and Ghent Ave.

Amenities

Brant and Ghent Condos will be a multi-phase mixed-use development with visions of changing the Burlington cityscape. The design intends to provide an attractive, functional, and safe community for daily socializing, events and activities that are part of a unique experience for all community members.

Phase 1 will see the construction of a 25-storey and 18-storey tower featuring a ground-floor commercial area and 444 residential units. Outdoor amenity space is provided above the 3rd and 10th-floor podiums. The amenity spaces include 1,470 square metres of indoor and 2,460 square metres of outdoor space, plus 473 square metres of publicly accessible private outdoor park space. Phase 1 will set the precedent for the succeeding towers.

Vehicular access is from Ghent Avenue, and all parking is located on three levels of underground parking. Indoor visitor bike parking spaces are also provided in this phase. On the ground floor, residents will also have access to 794 square metres of retail space, which can be occupied by a cafe, restaurant or boutique shops. In total, there are 424 units; 274 one-bedroom, 129 two-bedroom, and 21 three-bedroom.

Phase 2 has a similar mixed-use residential tower-podium rising 25 storeys high. This single tower has outdoor amenity spaces provided above the podium, as well as at the ground level on the east end of the site in the form of private outdoor park space. Here residents can use the lounge space to enjoy time alone or with friends and family.

This phase will include 876 square metres of indoor amenity space and 1,570 square metres reserved for outdoor space. It will also provide a 1,870 square metre publicly accessible private outdoor park space and 492 square metres of retail space located along the ground floor. There are 194 one-bedroom units, 103 two-bedroom units, and 31 three-bedroom units, equalling 328 units.

Phase 3 will include a small but ambitious 8-storey mid-rise condominium. This building will also contain three underground levels of parking accessible via Ghent Avenue. Similar to the other three condos, this one will also contain ample common areas and amenity space with 1,153 square metres of indoor area and 1,209 square metres of outdoor amenity space.

Additionally, it will provide 90 square metres of publicly accessible private outdoor park space and a large functionally integrated public space on the ground floor. In total, there are 128 units: 41 one-bedroom, 71 two-bedroom, and 16 three-bedroom units.
