Buildings A1 and G1 are part of the Sheridan Centre Redevelopment by Dunpar Homes in Mississauga. This community will take shape around the mall at 2225 Erin Mills Parkway, just north of the QEW. Building G1 will feature 371 units in a variety of sizes and layouts — 32 one-bedroom, 84 one-plus-den, 197 two-bedroom, 46 two-plus-den, and 12 three-bedroom units. There will also be 427 parking spaces located within two levels of underground parking.

Location & Neighbourhood

Sheridan Centre and its surroundings offer many great neighbourhood amenities like jobs, shops, food, transportation, and schools.

The QEW is practically next door, providing motorists easy highway access across the GTA. Pearson Airport is 20 minutes by car from here, and Downtown Toronto is 30 minutes away.

This area is served by four MiWay bus routes that provide connection to places like Clarkson GO Station, just 3 km south of the condo site. Clarkson’s multimodal transit hub receives MiWay and Oakville Transit buses while also providing access to the Lakeshore West GO line.

The central feature of the master-planned community is, of course, Sheridan Centre. This mall sports over 70 convenient stores and services, including Metro, Shoppers Drug Mart, LensCrafters, Sheridan Library, and ServiceOntario. As part of the redevelopment, the north wing will be demolished while the rest of the mall’s facade will see new improvements.
