Buildings A1 and G1 Condos – Sheridan Centre Redevelopment
Property Address
Description
Condo Buildings A1 and G1
These two buildings are the initial phases of a mall-centred, master-planned community just minutes from the University of Toronto’s Mississauga campus.
Buildings A1 and G1 are part of the Sheridan Centre Redevelopment by Dunpar Homes in Mississauga. This community will take shape around the mall at 2225 Erin Mills Parkway, just north of the QEW. Sitting at the west and east extremes of the site, these two 15-storey condos will offer 620 spacious condominium units in one- to three-bedroom layouts.
Investors can seize the opportunity to invest in a shopping centre that offers job opportunities and near a post-secondary school with a large student population looking for rentals.
Amenities
Buildings A1 and G1 stand 15 storeys tall on opposite sides of the master-planned community site. Building A1 will be sitting directly at the corner of Erin Mills Parkway and Lincoln Green Way while Building G1 will be located along the eastern side of Sheridan Centre mall. Both residential buildings will sport balconies, private terraces, and lush landscaping.
Building A1 will feature 249 units in various sizes and layouts: 77 one-bedroom, 28 one-plus-den, 60 two-bedroom, 66 two-plus-den, and 18 three-bedroom units will be available. There will be 286 parking spaces on site, mainly within two levels of underground parking plus some surface spots.
A publicly accessible park will adjoin the condo tower, offering a community-focused amenity space to enjoy outdoor activities.
Building G1 will feature 371 units in a variety of sizes and layouts — 32 one-bedroom, 84 one-plus-den, 197 two-bedroom, 46 two-plus-den, and 12 three-bedroom units. There will also be 427 parking spaces located within two levels of underground parking.
Details about unit features and building amenities are to come, but we can expect high-quality materials, elegant details, and life-enhancing amenities based on previous projects by this developer.
Location & Neighbourhood
Sheridan Centre and its surroundings offer many great neighbourhood amenities like jobs, shops, food, transportation, and schools.
The QEW is practically next door, providing motorists easy highway access across the GTA. Pearson Airport is 20 minutes by car from here, and Downtown Toronto is 30 minutes away.
This area is served by four MiWay bus routes that provide connection to places like Clarkson GO Station, just 3 km south of the condo site. Clarkson’s multimodal transit hub receives MiWay and Oakville Transit buses while also providing access to the Lakeshore West GO line.
The central feature of the master-planned community is, of course, Sheridan Centre. This mall sports over 70 convenient stores and services, including Metro, Shoppers Drug Mart, LensCrafters, Sheridan Library, and ServiceOntario. As part of the redevelopment, the north wing will be demolished while the rest of the mall’s facade will see new improvements.
