The two-bedroom units will feature a 30” refrigerator with bottom mount freezer, 30” slide-in electric range,  28” integrated hood fan vented to exterior, Standalone microwave within islands (where applicable), 24” integrated dishwasher.

The bathrooms will be a space of tranquillity and comfort featuring custom-designed bathroom vanities, with a one-piece pre-formed counter and integrated sink, single-flush, low consumption toilets. Some suites will include an under-the-sink with a recessed vanity storage niche adjacent to the frameless surface mount mirror, where applicable as per plan. All Bathrooms to have light sconce above frameless vanity mirror and pot lights within the tub/shower. ADP suites will contain bathrooms with roll-in tiled showers and a fold-down shower seat, rain head shower and handheld shower wand, and recessed shower storage niche. Bathrooms can also include clear tempered framed glass shower stalls, with a pre-formed base and full-height porcelain tile surround, as per plan.  All bathrooms are to include matte black bathroom accessories, including a towel bar, toilet paper holder, and robe hook. These spaces are designed to reach a new standard of luxury and inclusivity while offering spa-like features and finishes that residents can bask in after a long day.

The finished product will also include new public and private streets, including a new public road connecting Bovaird Drive West to Lagerfeld Drive providing easy access to and from the proposed village; local amenities including a public park located in the centre of the development and several smaller, private parks in various other spots providing considerable amenity space for residents to gather and enjoy the outdoors.

Additionally, the community will feature a total of 1,329 parking spaces located primarily within underground parking garages as well as some surface parking.
