Deer Ridge Point Condos is a new high-rise condominium development in Kitchener by Tricar Located at 4220 King Street East. In total, this phase will have 314 units and approximately 31,596 square feet of retail space.
Residents of Phase 1 will have access to 402 parking spaces across two levels of underground parking and two levels of above-grade parking. An additional 43 parking spaces will be available in an outdoor parking lot at the rear of the building.
Phase 2 will consist of a 14-storey ‘L’ shaped building called Tower C. It will frame the King Street East and Deer Ridge Drive intersection and include 212 units. The building’s 12-storey tower will have a 2-storey base complete with at-grade commercial units, amenity space, and parking. Tower C will have roughly 25,231 square feet of retail space along Street East and Deer Ridge Drive.
A total of 412 parking spaces will be available in Tower C, including 85 surface parking spaces and 327 parking spaces split between two levels of underground parking and two levels of above-grade parking within the podium.
Residents will be spoiled with the latest amenities. Tower A will have 6,850 square feet of outdoor amenity space, while Tower B will have 4,114 square feet. In terms of indoor amenity space, Phase 1 will have 3,996 square feet on the first floors of its buildings and 6,884 square feet on the second floors. Tower C will have 4,022 square feet of indoor amenity space on the first floor and 6,884 square feet on the second floor. Roof terraces and balconies will be available at each building.
