Thoughtfully designed suites, life-enriching amenities, and timeless exteriors will make this development a home to enjoy for years to come. Suites will feature quartz countertops, 24-inch kitchen appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, range, and combination microwave hood-fan), stacked laundry unit, and smooth-painted 9- to 10-foot ceilings.

The Yonge North subway expansion, which is currently underway, will see subway service extended from Finch Station to Richmond Hill Centre, meaning that real estate along Yonge St can be expected to increase in value upon the completion of this transit line. It is part of the Oak Ridges Moraine, a conservation area with rolling hills and valleys.
