Bathtubs and soaker tubs will include full-height ceramic tile surround and showers stalls will be glass-enclosed with rain showerheads and porcelain tile surround. Any bathtub to be a soaker tub with full-height ceramic or porcelain tile surround and the floors will also be made of elegant porcelain tiles
The design of the development will consist of multiple elements and materials including a combination of red brick and glass. The cube-like massing around the windows and setbacks on the northeast side of the development will give the building a unique structure and form. These design techniques will give the building a modern look and allow it to stand out from others in the area.
