Floors 40 and 41 will be dedicated to amenity space. The 40th floor will have 4,671 square feet of indoor space, while the 41st floor will have a 7,362 square foot indoor amenity space.

Outdoor amenity areas of 1,386 and 2,025 square feet will wrap around the southeast portion of each floor. These floors will offer unobstructed panoramic views of the City, Horseshoe Falls, American Falls, and the Niagara River.

There will be a total of 715 parking spaces, of which 395 spots will be located in six levels of underground parking, and 320 will be provided above grade on floors 2 to 6. A total of 368 indoor bicycle parking spaces will also be provided at grade.

Location & Neighbourhood
