Townhome residents will have access to 120 outdoor residential parking spaces and 15 visitor parking spots, of which one will be accessible.
Buildings 1 and 3 will have 71 units each and Building 2 will have 46 units. The suites will be divided into 36 one-bedrooms plus dens, 113 two-bedrooms, and 39 three-bedroom. Apparent residents will have access to 190 residential parking spaces and 47 visitor spaces. Of these spots, 7 parking spaces will be barrier-free.
What’s more, residents will be spoiled with a 4,844-square-foot amenity building. It will have direct access to Building 3 and include a gym, yoga studio, lounge, kitchen, pool table, and more. As a bonus, the amenity building will be surrounded by outdoor amenities such as a pool.

Collingwood is a lively town that boasts a unique blend of natural beauty, entertainment, and small-town charm.
Residences at Silvercreek residents will have a wide range of big-box stores at their fingertips. It takes less than five minutes to drive to FreshCo, Metro, Home Depot, Canadian Tire, and Walmart. Loblaws and Shoppers Drug Mart are also nearby.
There are many restaurants in the area including Heavenly Cafe, Harbour Street Fish Bar, TheSmoke, and Daal Roti Indian Tadka House, just to name a few. With so many options to choose from, residents can go somewhere new every night.
The picturesque Blue Mountains are just a short drive away. It is one of the province’s top year-round vacation destinations. Here you can find a number of excellent cross-country, downhill skiing and snowboarding opportunities.
