Location & Neighbourhood
Located in the heart of Caledon, often referred to as the ‘Hamptons of the North,’ this development will seamlessly integrate with this tight-knit community. This particular neighbourhood was once named Strawberry Fields to generate awareness. However, it has since been renamed Southfield Villages. Strawberry Fields Residences is not only keeping the former name alive, it is also adding a unique twist to incorporate The Beatles in its development.
What can investors expect from this location? Charming restaurants and cafes, shopping plazas at your doorstep, schools and community centres, healthcare and clinics, spas and salons, and lively greenspace and parks on every corner.
Caledon is perfectly situated between Brampton and Vaughan, providing residents with access to nearby amenities. Highway 410 is directly south of this development, connecting residents to other major highways, including 407, 401, and 403. Residents can access Züm buses that will take them to Bramlea City Centre, Pearson International Airport, and more.
To improve transit access, the Town of Caledon is pushing for a motion to move forward with the Caledon-Vaughan GO Line. This line will add increased transit services to Caledon, Brampton, Vaughan, and Toronto. Residents will have the opportunity to reach Union Station in one convenient commute. This transit line will support Caledon’s goal of reaching 300,000 people and 125,000 jobs by 2051.
