The Clove Condos is a mixed-use condominium development by Mattamy Homes and QuadReal in Etobicoke. This pre-construction project is located at 2 The East Mall Crescent in the beautiful Eatonville neighbourhood located just west of the central core in the former suburb of Etobicoke. The Clove Condos will replace the existing gas station and Beer Store to construct the triangular 33-storey residential tower and the connected 9-storey mid-rise tower. There will be a total of 606 units, along with over 2,100 square feet of at-grade retail space. The Clove Condos is the first of several redevelopments to take place.
The south facing Dundas Street West frontage features enhanced landscaping, which will connect to the Cloverdale Mall by converting an existing vehicle bridge into a fully-landscaped pedestrian and bicycle route.

In terms of parking, there will be a two-level underground parking garage that will accommodate a total of 153 parking spaces, whereby 121 will be designated as residential and 32 as visitor parking. Also, a proposed pedestrian plaza will be constructed that will create a thorough pedestrian connection from Dundas Street West to The East Mall Crescent.
