The first tower called Classic Series. It will be 38-storeys high and will consist of 400 residential suites. They are ranging in size between 491 to 1,288 square-feet.
The second building will be known as Classic Series II and will consist of 28-storeys with 258 suites. These suites will range in size between 509 to 1,419 square-feet.
The third residential building called the Signature Series. It will be the smallest tower out of the three but will feature the largest suites.
The Signature Series will be a 14-storeys mid-rise. The suites ranging between 1,059 to 3,253 square-feet. Each suite will have one bedroom to three bedrooms.
Except for the 36-storey office , Each building will contain at least two uses, with some housing all three; retail, residential and tower . This will create a lively, mixed community.
Location & Neighbourhood
The Fashion District is a small but lively enclave in downtown Toronto. Many residents are attracted to the area by its proximity to King Street West, home to some of the city’s trendiest clubs, bars and restaurants.
A short walk away from The Financial District, a high-density employment area home to many major corporate offices. It’s estimated that 200,000 people work there by day.
