A new residential development will be arriving minutes from the Wasaga Beach waterfront.
Wasaga Lux Condos is a new mid-rise pre-construction project located at 1 Knox Road E south of Sunnidale Road S and Mosley Street. This condominium will have two towers of 7- and 8-storeys connected by a shared amenity building in the center.
Investors can expect this project to offer 392 spacious units with plenty of parking spaces and indoor amenities.

Wasaga Lux will feature a blend of classic and modern designs, mixing stone face finishes embellished with wood finishes and dark grey aluminum panels.
This residential mid-rise condo will have two buildings, labelled Building A and Building B, connected by a shared one-storey amenities building in the center.
Building A will have 8 storeys with 209 units, and Building B will have 7 storeys and 183 units.
Combined, the expected total of 392 residential units will have the following mix of layouts:
- 78 one-bedroom + 1 washroom + den units
- 120 one-bedroom + 2 washroom + den units
- 170 two-bedroom + 2 washroom units
- 24 two-bedroom + 2 washroom + den units
The 1-storey shared amenities building connecting both buildings will have a little over 4,000 square feet of space and include a fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment, a swimming pool, a sauna, a theatre room, and a party hall with a kitchenette that doubles as a conference room.
Outdoor amenities, including patios with lounge seats and BBQ areas, will be available on the rooftops of each building.
Future residents will have access to plenty of parking spaces available underground and at grade. There will be a total of 691 vehicular parking spaces and 329 bicycle parking spaces available. The underground parking level will be solely for residents and will have 587 vehicular parking spaces as well as 305 bicycle parking spaces. The remaining parking spaces will be at grade and made available to both future residents and visitors.
Location & Neighbourhood
Nestled in Wasaga Beach along the Georgian Bay, this development is in a vibrant community that perfectly blends nature with the suburbs. Wasaga Lux is not only 700 meters away from the touristic Wasaga Beach welcome sign but also only a 3-minute drive from the waterfront.
Wasaga Beach is famous for being home to the world’s longest freshwater beach and Georgian Bay supplies the Nottawasaga River that flows through the area. It will be a dream come true for nature lovers as Wasaga Lux will be developed along a stretch of this river connected by Knox East Park. River Trail and Bird House Lane, hiking trails that run through this park, will only be a 3-minute walk away. Other nearby hiking trails include Ganaraska Hiking Trail, a 5-minute walk across Sunnidale Road S.
On the other side of this river is the Wasaga Oxbow, known for the natural Oxbow Dunes. It is a tourist destination that boasts the largest dunes in Ontario.
